PERSONALIZE YOUR ORNAMENT: You can personalize your ornament with your baby’s name and remembrance date(s) for an additional $5.00. One name per ornament. Name character limit is 27 and date(s) character limit is 21.
AVAILABLE VERBIAGE: for NILMDTS Volunteers "NILMDTS Babies"
- White acrylic frame with frosted acrylic back
- Measures approximately 2.75” in diameter, 1/4”depth
- Each ornament comes ready to hang and enclosed in an ornament gift bag
- Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

DELIVERY DATES: Order by November 9th to receive by Thanksgiving for holiday decorating Or, order by December 5th to receive by December 25th. After December 6th, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
